- Two stage regulator with two shut off valves
- Seamless building rather than pieced together
- Large capacity plexi glass storage/display case
- 7 gallon PRESSURIZED (50 PSI) fresh water tank with a 10 gallon waste water tank
- Large fill cap on fresh water tank for easy viewing
- All sinks are completely caulked to ensure no leakage
- At least one large sink with hot & cold running water for washing of hands and utensils
- Lockable front storage area for non-combustible items
- Fully insulated cooler with easy and quick ice and water disposal
- Triple protection weather proofing in and around cooler
- Large enclosure located in rear of cart for holding propane and waste water tank, both of which are out of sight and lockable. It can hold both tanks to and from set up location.
