Only California would have this many regulations...

This cart completely complies with California state rules and regulations.  If you are reading this page, most likely you reside in California and are wondering how in the world will you get a cart that passes inspection.  We spent over 30 hours on research and had numerous back and forth conversations with California representatives to build you this cart.  We included everything in this cart.  At first, it was a little much but we stuck to it and were able to bring you this cart that can and will pass inspection.  Not only will this cart pass inspection, but it looks good too.  In our research we found other carts may pass inspection, but they are not practical, nor do they look very appealing.  If you want to make money, you want to appeal to your customers too.

The cart is layed out in a "Kiosk" style.  This means the cart essentially has a front and back side not an "all around" cart.  You stand behind the cart and have a front counter to serve your customers.  We have included drain boards, 12 x 12 sinks, commercial refrigerators, 20g fresh water with a 30g waste water tank with overflows, mesh screenings on all areas needed, ventilated propane storage, sneeze guards, self priming water pump, tankless water heater, stainless steel LP burners with thermacouple shut offs, and much more.
